DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to previous announcements, Northern Venture Trust PLC ("the Company") confirms that John Hustler retired as chairman and as a director of the Company at the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 18 December 2014. Mr Hustler is succeeded as chairman by Simon Constantine, who was appointed as a director of the Company in 2012. Mr Constantine has also been appointed as chairman of the Company's management engagement committee and nomination committee.

The Companyâs objective is to provide high long-term tax-free returns to investors through a combination of dividend yield and capital growth.
