Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is primarily a multi-family residential real estate investor and operator. It provides rental accommodations with a portfolio of approximately 27,000 residential units and 1.2 million square feet of commercial space in more than 60 markets across eight provinces and two territories. It operates across Atlantic Canada, including Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick; Northern Canada, including Northwest Territories and Nunavut; Ontario; Quebec, and Western Canada, including Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
