Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA has successfully completed a new unsecured bond issue of NOK 1 billion with maturity May 2018. The settlement date for the loan is expected to be 20 May 2015.

Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. An application will be made for listing of the bonds on Oslo Stock Exchange. The new bond loan was oversubscribed.

Arctic Securities, Danske Bank Markets and DNB Markets acted as joint lead managers in connection with the placement of the new bond issue.
