Norwegian Property ASA is a Norway-based real estate company. It is engaged in the management, acquisitions, sales and development of commercial real estate. The Company's real estate portfolio primarily consists of office premises with associated warehousing and car parks, as well as retail and catering space. The Company is also involved in marketing and letting, property management, property development, and transactions and financing. Norwegian Property ASA owns around 40 office and commercial properties, located in Oslo, Baerum, Stavanger and at Gardermoen, Norway. It also holds shares in such companies as Aker Brygge AS, Eltofi AS, Forusbeen 35 AS, NPRO Drift AS and NPRO Holding AS, among others. Its largest shareholder is Geveran Trading Co Ltd.
