Statement regarding potential redevelopment for ING in Amsterdam

Yesterday, 4 June, ING's CEO Ralph Hamers presented a vision for a new tech and data campus in Amsterdam at the Money 20/20 event. This campus includes ING's new global headquarters, which is already under construction. The presentation indicated that NSI's Laanderpoort asset is set to be part of the new campus.

NSI shares ING's vision for a campus and can confirm it is in detailed discussions with both ING and the municipality of Amsterdam for a potential redevelopment of its Laanderpoort asset. The project does not have planning consent yet, nor have any of the parties involved made formal commitments to this date.

This project is one of the three (re-)development projects as mentioned in the NSI 2017 results release. Further information will follow if and when appropriate.
