Deep Groove Ball Bearing for High Thrust Loads

With a more optimized internal structure, this deep groove ball bearing increases high-thrust load resistance by three-times that of standard items. Replacing tapered roller bearings with these bearings delivers lower torque, while also eliminating the need for pre-compression control required of tapered roller bearings or angular contact ball bearings.

Hub bearing for severe environment

A hub bearing designed for severe environments will be on show featuring improvements to protection against muddy water, load resistance and fretting resistance at extremely low temperatures. It is designed for durability in conditions such as on unpaved roads often found in emerging markets and in cold climates, and provides highly reliable drivability and vehicle transportation.

High Speed and Low Torque Deep Groove Ball Bearing for EV/HEV

Rotation torque with oil lubrication has been reduced to 50% or less at high rotational speeds of 30,000 min-1 (1.2 million DN*). A new cage has been used to limit distortion at high rotational speeds due to centrifugal forces, while also restricting the amount of grease flowing into the bearing to reduce stirring resistance. The internal design of the bearing has also been optimized to reduce rolling viscosity resistance.
*: DN = d (bearing internal diameter, mm) × n (rotational speed, min-1)
