Nuveen AMT-Free Municipal Value Fund Stock

Nuveen AMT-Free Municipal Value Fund (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide income exempt from regular federal income tax. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is to enhance portfolio value and total return. It invests over 80% of its managed assets in municipal securities and other related investments. The Fund generally invests in the municipal securities market, such as hospitals and other health care facilities, charter schools and other private educational facilities, special taxing districts and start-up utility districts, and private activity bonds, including industrial development bonds on behalf of transportation companies. It invests in states and territories, including California, Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Washington, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and Tennessee.
