Nyherji : announces update to Board of Directors

REYKJAVIK - Dec 9, 2016 - Nyherji Group (NYHR.IC), Iceland's leading IT services provider, announces the resignation of Mr. Benedikt Johannesson, Chairman of the Board, with effect from today.

Nyherji's Board of Directors will now be comprised of:

• Emilia Thordardottir
• Gudmundur Johansson Jonsson
• Hildur Dungal, Vice-Chair
• Ivar Kristjansson
• Loftur Bjarni Gíslason

The appointment of a new chairperson is expected to be decided at the next Board Meeting in accordance with Article 71 of the Companies Act.
