On May 20, 2015, the Supervisory Board of O2 Czech Republic elected Jiří Hrabovský a new member of the Board of Directors effective as of June 1, 2015.

Jiří Hrabovský has been member of the company's executive management in the position of Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs Division. He had previously worked as legal consultant and manager in the corporate sector and spent several years in the legal profession, where he worked with various ICT companies on the Czech and Slovak markets. In the past, he has also been a member of the advisory bodies of Czech National Bank and Czech Telecommunications Office.
