Change in the Board of Directors of O2 Czech Republic and on the position of CEO

Today, the Supervisory Board of O2 Czech Republic a.s. (/hereinafter "the Company") has discussed a notice by Tomáš Budník of his resignation from the office of a member and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. His office will terminate on December 31, 2017. As of the same day, Tomáš Budník also leaves the CEO position. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board elected Jindřich Fremuth, current Chief Commercial Officer, as a new member of the Board of Directors of the Company as of January 1, 2018. Subsequently, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Jindřich Fremuth to the position of CEO as of January 1, 2018.
