FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE SEPARATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE January 6, 2015O2 Czech Republic proceeded to completion of a feasibility study of the separation of fixed and mobile telecommunications infrastructure into a separate entity, which would provide wholesale services to other telecommunications companies in the market, in the form of spin-off into a new company, and also decided on preparation of formal steps leading to such separation.
