Notification of registration of the company's separation in the Commercial Register on 1 June 2015 May 15, 2015O2 Czech Republic notifies that on 15 May 2015, a resolution of the Municipal Court in Prague took legal effect on the basis of which the separation of the Company by spin off shall be registered in the Commercial Register on 1 June 2015. As of this date the new
company Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura a.s. will be also registered in the Commercial
Register.
