O2 Czech Republic a.s. announces that based on the results of the November 2015 Semi‐ Annual Index Review it has been again added to MSCI Czech Republic Index effective as of

the close of November 30, 2015.

In January 2014, O2 became a member of the Czech investment group PPF.
