NEW YORK, July 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM) (the "Company") plans to announce its results and dividend for the 2012 second quarter on Thursday, August 2, 2012 in a press release that will be issued prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange.
