NOTICE TO THE MARKET ODONTO SYSTEM ACQUISITION
Odontoprev S.A. (B3: ODPV3; Bloomberg: ODPV3.BZ; Reuters: ODPV3.SA), the largest dental benefits company in Latin America, informs that in accordance with the Material Fact of 11.14.2017, regarding the acquisition of 100% of the total capital of Odonto System Planos Odontológicos Ltda., a limited company in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará State, enrolled with CNPJ/MF No 23.595.762/0001- 83 ("Odonto System"), the transaction has been approved, with no restrictions, by the ANS (National Health Agency), BACEN (Brazil Central Bank) and CADE (Antitrust Authority).
The transaction will be submitted for approval by the Company's shareholders, at Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 08.06.2018, as per the Call Notice released today.
