In accordance with CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended, OGX Petróleo e Gás S.A. - Under Court-supervised Reorganization ("Company"), in complement to the Notice to Shareholders published on April 1, 2016 and May 6, 2016, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that the Company's Board of Directors, at the meeting held on June 3, 2016, ratified the Company's capital increase which had been approved on March 30, 2016, with the capital stock increasing from eight billion, six hundred seven million, three hundred forty-five thousand, nine hundred and twenty-two reais and eighty-six centavos (R$8,607,345,922.86) to eight billion, six hundred seven million, four hundred seventy-one thousand, and sixty-one reais and seven centavos (R$8,607,471,061.07), equivalent to an increase by one hundred twenty-five thousand, one hundred and thirty-eight reais and twenty-one centavos (R$125,138.21). The capital reserve increased by one hundred seventeen million, two hundred seventy-three thousand, two hundred and sixty-one reais and seventy-nine centavos (R$117,273,261.79).
