DOMMO ENERGIA S.A. Rio de Janeiro, July 04th, 2016 - Óleo e Gás Participações S.A. - Em Recuperação Judicial (BM&FBOVESPA: OGXP3; OTC: OGXPY.PK) e OGX Petróleo e Gás S.A. - Em Recuperação Judicial (BM&FBOVESPA: OGSA3; OTC: OXPRY.PK) (respectively, "OGPar" and "OGX", and when together, "Companies"), in accordance with article 157, paragraph 4 of Brazilian Law No. 6.404/76 and CVM Rule No. 358/02, and in addition to the Material Fact released on April 28th, 2016, inform their shareholders and the market in general that, on July 1st, 2016, OGX received a letter issued by Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis ("ANP"), Brazilian regulatory agency, sanctioning the resume of the production on Tubarão Martelo Field ("TBMT Field"), by the FPSO OSX-3 vessel.
The Companies also inform that, once the permission mentioned above was granted, OGX has returned the operations on TBMT Field and remains monitoring the process, waiting to stabilize the production.
Considering the resume of production, the monthly results will continue to be disclosed to the market until the 15th day of the following month.
The Companies will keep its shareholders and the market informed of any further developments on this matter.
