CINCINNATI, February 15, 2013 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), announced today that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on March 22, 2013 to stockholders of record on March 7, 2013.
