With 17 years of cross-practice agency experience, Grey's focus will be on fueling strategic growth and leading talent development for the UK office. She will report to Sally Ward, president, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Grey joined Porter Novelli in October 2013 as deputy managing director and has overseen a host of client wins.

Before joining Porter Novelli, Grey spent six years at freuds serving on the senior management team as a board director. At freuds she worked with clients including Asda, Mars, Vodafone, PepsiCo, Bupa and Eurostar. Prior to freuds, Grey was a director at Weber Shandwick.
