Critical Mass, a global digital experience design agency, announced two senior-level appointments today. Mark Ashbaugh, Vice President Client Partner, has been promoted to General Manager of Critical Mass’ Toronto agency effective immediately. The agency also announced that Connie Eggert has joined as Senior Vice President and will be based in New York.

Mark Ashbaugh joined Critical Mass over 10 years ago and leads several major accounts. In his new role, he will continue to work as a client partner in addition to leading the Toronto office.

Connie Eggert will join Critical Mass as Senior Vice President. Connie joins from WPP Team BAC, where she led integration and strategic development and execution of consumer bank programs across Bank of America’s 20+ agencies within various holding company networks.
