Grizzard Communications Group, Inc. is proud to announce the 70th anniversary of its fundraising partnership with The Salvation Army. The long-running relationship, which began by raising $6,000 with The Salvation Army Atlanta in 1944, has grown to raising about $250 million annually for corps, commands and territories throughout North America and worldwide.

According to CEO Chip Grizzard: "We are honored to mark this milestone with The Salvation Army. To mark the year-long festivities, the agency has launched a 70th celebration microsite, www.celebrating70.org. The 40-member Grizzard account team welcomes visitors to the site, which includes a timeline history of the 70 years, a photo and memory sharing page The Army Post, and case studies showcasing great results from fundraising campaigns.
