NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2014) - RAPP (www.rapp.com), a global customer experience agency, today announced the appointment of Rik Haslam to the position of SVP, Executive Creative Director. Effective February 3, Haslam will join the New York office from RAPP UK, where he served in senior leadership roles for the past seven years, most recently as Chief Creative Officer. He will report to Robert Grammatica, Managing Director of RAPP New York.

Haslam will lead RAPP's creative department, working closely with the office's senior leadership team to drive new business growth and to create a single-minded focus on creativity across the entire organization. He is charged with helping RAPP build a reputation as the most creative customer experience agency in the U.S. and delivering ideas that transform the ways brands tell stories to engage with their customers.

He was also the founding creative director of one of the UK's first and most successful branded content agencies and is currently chair of the IPA Customer Experience Group.
