OMV : Magdalena Moll appointed Corporate Affairs at OMV

Beginning January 1, 2017, Magdalena Moll will take over the responsibility for Corporate Affairs at OMV as Senior Vice President. She will directly report to Rainer Seele, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board.

The appointment of Magdalena Moll coincides with the unification of the corporate communications, investor relations and sustainability departments into a single Corporate Affairs department.

Magdalena Moll has been Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at OMV since June 2016. She studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and then completed an MBA at Miami University in the United States of America. Following eight years in the banking and industry sector in the USA, she returned to Europe in 1992 to manage the Investor Relations department at Mannesmann AG in Düsseldorf. In February 1999, she moved to Henkel KGaA, where she was responsible for Capital Markets and Investor Relations. From August 2003 to April 2016 she headed up the Investor Relations department at BASF SE as Senior Vice President.
