ON Semiconductor : "Best Innovation Award” from Xiaomi in China

Dec 13, 2017 - ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON), driving energy efficient innovations, today announced it has won a Best Innovation Award from Xiaomi, which ranks fifth in global smartphone shipment with monthly handset sales exceeding 10 million units for three consecutive months from September to November this year.

The award recognized ON Semiconductor's exceptional product innovations for portable and wireless devices including its tunable RF components (TRFC), DC-DC, over voltage protection (OVP), high performance LDO, and surge and ESD protection devices. ON Semiconductor is also Xiaomi's strategic supplier for Type C audio solution which brings high performance for audio with reliable OVP.
