Demonstrating enabling semiconductor solutions aligned with MWC 2018 event themes
Mobile World Congress - Barcelona, Spain. - 14 February, 2018 - ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON), driving energy efficient innovations, will be hosting a series of demos relating to its latest semiconductor technologies for mobile communications and connectivity at the Porta Fira Hotel, Barcelona. The company's presence is linked to this year's Mobile World Congress and aligns closely with some of the core themes of the show which include the 4th Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and Tech in Society.
From two meeting rooms on the 24th floor of the Porta Fira Hotel situated next to the Fira Gran Via, ON Semiconductor's intuitive demonstrations will showcase the latest solutions for areas including Qi certified wireless charging, smart passive sensing and USB-C including USB-C power delivery. The company will also feature the latest releases and enhancements to its Internet of Things Development Kit (IDK) to support the rapid and easy development and implementation of IoT applications.

- solutions for power systems (53.9%): field-effect transistors, discrete and power modules, regulators, controllers, commutators , isolation components, etc.;
