OneLink Corporation is a business-to-business marketing and transaction processing business. During the year ended December 31, 2005, the Company integrated into its system a system for small hotel and independent accommodation providers, and also integrated its system with the Sabre Global Distribution System. On July 19, 2004, the Company signed an agreement with the European arm of Sabre Travel Network (Sabre), a business unit of Sabre Holdings, to provide the former with access to the latter's worldwide audience of travel suppliers, including hotel and rental car companies.
