OPG Power Ventures Plc ("OPG", the "Group" or the "Company"), (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power genera'on facili'es in India advises that, effec've yesterday, 29th May 2018, Mr. Ravi Gupta stepped down from his posi'on as a non-execu've director of OPG. Having served on the Board of the Company for 10 years since OPG's Initial Public Offering, Mr. Gupta resignation is in line with best corporate governance practices.
