The Company provides a range of inpatient and partial hospitalization (outpatient) behavioral health services for patients with acute mental illness through a network of affiliated hospitals, medical centers and community mental health centers. The Company also provides assisted living services in a resort atmosphere. The Company provides healthcare services in two industry segments: Behavioral Health Management division and Temporary Health Care Staffing division. The Behavioral Health Management division provides management teams to client hospitals and medical centers on a long-term contract basis to run inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. The Temporary Health Care Staffing division provides temporary social workers and other professionals to a base of medical and healthcare client sites.
