REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., March 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Following a competitive sourcing event, Oracle today announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC). Effective immediately, the contract provides discounts on Oracle Cloud, licenses, hardware, education, consulting and support services for public and not-for-profit colleges and universities across MHEC's 12 member states.

The contract also extends to MHEC's sister compacts: the New England Board of Higher Education, the Southern Regional Education Board, and the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education.
