Pursuant to art. 5, clause 1, item 21 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms governing recognition of information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33, item 259, with amendments), the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A.('Company') informs about resignation of a supervising person.

On June 28, 2016 the Company received the resignation of Ms. Marie-Christine Lambert from her position as Member of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska S.A. with effect on June 30, 2016.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Maciej Witucki, and the President of the Management Board, Mr Jean- François Fallacher, expressed their gratitude for Ms Marie-Christine Lambert's more than seven years as member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. 'Ms Lambert's commitment and contribution to the works of the Supervisory Board, and more broadly, to the operations of all the Company in line with the highest standards of corporate governance, was immense throughout all those years and we are very grateful,' stated Mr Witucki.
