Jérémie Dutray joined Orange in September 2010 as Director reporting to the Chairman and CEO Stéphane Richard and Secretary of the Group's Executive Committee. He had been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Orange Belgium since September 2014.

In Belgium, Jérémie made a strong contribution to the recovery of the Group's subsidiary by successfully carrying out major corporate transformation projects, in particular the transformation of the mobile operator Mobistar into the convergent operator Orange with the successful commercial launch of the Internet & TV cable offer. As part of his new responsibilities, he will bring his strategic vision of the sector and his knowledge of Orange's operational activities to the Group.

A graduate of École polytechnique and of the École nationale supérieure des télécommunications, and holder of a post-graduate diploma in Finance, Jérémie Dutray began his career in 2002 with the senior management team of the French Treasury. He joined Government Shareholdings Agency in 2004 before being appointed advisor to the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment from 2007 to 2010.

Arnaud Castille, who joined Orange in 2013 as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, will become Chief Financial Officer of Orange Belgium on December 1st 2016. Over the past three years, he oversaw major changes to the Group's consolidation scope, including the merger with Jazztel in Spain, the sale of EE to BT in the United Kingdom, the acquisition of a controlling interest in Groupama Banque in France, and several important acquisitions in Africa and the Middle East.
