Orange is a global telecommunications operator, known for its global reach and worldwide infrastructure. Orange Business Services, the B-to-B enterprise division, already has a strong presence in the United States, serving as the trusted partner for multinational corporations with their digital transformations.
With the new, consumer online store, Orange will leverage its position as a major worldwide distributor with close relationships with many of the world's leading equipment manufacturers. The Orange online store can be accessed in the United States in two languages - English, store.orange.com/us and Spanish, store.orange.com/us-es - and in Mexico through a separate website, store.orange.com/mx .
The Orange online store offers a product range primarily targeting the premium consumer market, leveraging an intuitive, easy-to-use portal with a highly efficient search engine and a reliable customer support team. The site's ergonomic design makes the process of finding the items you want, paying for them and having them delivered anywhere in the United States or Mexico within three working days, as simple, secure and hassle-free as possible. Shoppers can purchase products via Paypal, bank transfer and credit card, including MasterCard, Visa and Amex. Orange will also provide an introductory offer of a 30-day return policy.
Orange Horizons: seeking new opportunitiesThe new consumer launch is led by Orange Horizons, which started its activities in South Africa in January 2013 and expanded its operations into several European countries. Today Orange Horizons is present in almost 30 countries. By introducing its online portals to the American and Mexican markets, Orange Horizons is taking a further step forward in its overall aim to seek out new business opportunities in countries where the Orange Group is not already present as a mass-market telecommunications provider. These projects, which leverage the global reputation of the Orange brand and its existing assets, aim to provide a new source of revenue for the Group and improve customer loyalty across its footprint without any need for significant investment.
Orange Horizons aims in particular to harness the untapped market potential within "Orange influence zones", where the brand is widely known, even without any operational presence. As such, similar e-commerce initiatives have been introduced to markets in Europe and in South Africa. These online stores already offer state-of-the-art telecoms and electronic equipment, and also provide a variety of telecoms services, including airtime transfer for Orange customers visiting from other countries. Additional online stores will be introduced to other markets throughout 2014.
Moreover, in January 2014, Orange Horizons launched Orange Top-Up, topup.orange.com , an online solution that enables people to remotely topup mobile credit for customers of over 350 operators in the world. Orange Top-Up is available online in six languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese) and in four currencies (US dollars, euros, pounds and South African rand). The service is designed for those who live far from their families or friends, and provides them with a simple way to send mobile credit from almost anywhere in the world.
Orange is one of the world's leading telecommunications operators with sales of 41 billion euros in 2013 and has 164,000 employees worldwide at 31 March 2014, including 101,000 employees in France. Present in 30 countries, the Group has a total customer base of more than 239 million customers at 31 March 2014, including 182 million mobile customers and 16 million fixed broadband customers worldwide. Orange is also a leading provider of global IT and telecommunication services to multinational companies, under the brand Orange Business Services.
Orange is listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris (symbol ORA) and on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol ORAN).

With an audience located in more than 19 countries, and with a strong presence in Mexico and within the Hispanic community in the United States, starMedia offers content and services in English and Spanish for a target audience of young and dynamic people along the digital Spanish-speaking population.
starMedia has over 13 million unique visitors, 120 million page views and 16 million visits per month, and is one of the pan-American Internet portals that is seeing the highest level of growth both in terms of audience and advertising revenue.
