Pressemitteilung: Generalversammlung genehmigt alle Anträge des
Verwaltungsrates

Altdorf/Kairo, 9. Mai 2017 - Heute fand in Altdorf, Schweiz, die 9.
Ordentliche Generalversammlung der Orascom Development Holding AG statt. An
der Generalversammlung nahmen 255 Aktionäre teil.

Sämtliche Anträge des Verwaltungsrates wurden mit deutlicher Mehrheit
angenommen.

Alle bisherigen Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates wurden für ein weiteres
Amtsjahr wiedergewählt.

Für das Geschäftsjahr 2016 wird keine Dividende ausgeschüttet.
