The Company also holds interest in the Sertao Project, which is also a gold project in Brazil. Its Faina Goldfields Project consists of a tenement package of approximately 200 square kilometers that encompasses the Cascavel, Sertao and Tinteiro Projects, as well as various exploration targets. The Company's Cascavel Project is located in the central Brazilian state of Goias. The Company is focused on the development of a small-scale mining operation at Cascavel. The Company's subsidiaries include Orinoco Resources Pty Ltd, Orinoco Brasil Mineracao Ltda, Mineracao Curral de Pedra Ltda, Rio do Ouro Mineracao Ltda and Sertao Mineracao Ltda.
