The taste is very characteristic thanks to fine notes of garlic, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. They fit perfectly into a ratatouille, a fine risotto or to fresh Ciabatta or Kamut bread. After a few minutes on the grill or in the pan, the spicy Luganighe Ticinesi are ready to serve.

The Mastri Salumieri prepare the Luganighe with the same mastery and passion as Mario Rapelli once did: based on original recipes, after which the meat is first coarsely ground, then refined with exquisite spices and combined to a homogeneous mixture.
