Oslo Bors VPS ASA : The Board of Oslo Børs approves B2Holding for listing

Oslo Bors VPS Holding ASA, formerly Oslo Bors Holding ASA, is a Norway-based company active within financial trading. The Company operates within four business areas, namely Oslo Bors, which comprises the subsidiary Oslo Bors ASA, authorized to operate stock exchange activities; Verdipapirsentralen (VPS), which comprises the subsidiary Verdipapirsentralen ASA, authorized to register rights to financial instruments pursuant to the Securities Register Act; Oslo Clearing, which comprises the subsidiary Oslo Clearing ASA, licensed to operate as a clearing house for derivatives and equity instruments, as well as for borrowing and lending of financial instruments, and Oslo Market Solutions, which comprises the wholly owned subsidiary Oslo Market Solutions AS, engaged in capturing, processing, distributing and presenting financial market data. Additionally, as of December 31, 2011, the Company owned 50% shares of Fondsmeglernes Informasjonstjeneste AS, FinansNettNorge AS and NaC AS.
