COMPLIANCE WITH RULE 716 OF THE LISTING MANUAL
The Board of Directors ("Board") of Otto Marine Limited (the
"Company") wishes to announce that the Company is in
compliance with Rule 716 of the Listing Manual.
Save for the Company's Singapore incorporated subsidiaries
(i) Reflect Geophysical Pte. Ltd. ("Reflect"); and (ii)
Reflect's subsidiary, Reflect Offshore Pte. Ltd.; which have
appointed KPMG LLP as auditors, Deloitte & Touche LLP is the
auditor for the Company and its Singapore incorporated
subsidiaries.
The Board and the Audit Committee are satisfied that the
appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor for these two specific
subsidiaries would not compromise the standard and
effectiveness of the audit of the Company.
