Outokumpu Oyj (business identity code: 0215254-2) has on April 14, 2016 received a notification based on Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act. Invesco Limited's total holding in the shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj fell below 5% threshold and was less than 5% (20,723,625 shares and votes) on April 13, 2016. Invesco Limited's earlier total holding in Outokumpu was 5.00%.
