Outokumpu ments on the Terni divestment

Outokumpu is currently in the process of divesting the Terni operations as required by the European Commission. Aperam has today, February 20, 2013 publicly announced their intention to form an Italian joint venture to pursue the Terni operations. Outokumpu weles the interest on Terni (AST). However, there are several interested parties and buyer candidates, and therefore no decisions have been made yet. At this stage Outokumpu cannot ment the details of the divestment process or buyer candidates.
