PANTAFLIX AG: Change in Name from PANTALEON Entertainment AG entered into Commercial Register

Munich, August 18, 2017 - PANTAFLIX AG (formerly PANTALEON Entertainment AG) has announced that the change of the company's name to PANTAFLIX AG as decided upon at the Annual General Meeting on July 19, 2017, has been entered into the commercial register.

With this name change, the media group is particularly taking into account the rapid growth of its disruptive video-on-demand (VoD) platform pantaflix.com. The new corporate identity brings many benefits for PANTAFLIX AG. Firstly, it represents a clear message and statement with regards to financial market communication. Secondly, the new name focuses additional attention on pantaflix.com.
