PANTALEON Entertainment AG: Eerik Budarz new Head of Capital Markets

Munich, August 01, 2017 - Eerik Budarz (38) as of today will lead the Capital Markets department of PANTALEON Entertainment AG (soon to be renamed PANTAFLIX AG). Mr. Budarz will be responsible for investors and analysts and he will report directly to CEO Dan Maag. By taking this step, PANTALEON is reacting to the company's strong growth and therefore further strengthening its capital market competence.

Eerik Budarz has been responsible for the investor relations activities at the TecDax-listed engineering group Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG since 2013. Prior to that, the graduate economist and mathematician was in charge of the small and midcap equity research for industrial and technology companies, including IPOs, at the investment bank Silvia Quandt & Cie. Born in the USA, the Finnish citizen grew up in Germany and commenced his career as a risk and equity analyst for well-known international companies such as the American International Group (AIG) or the renouned private bank B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. Overall, Eerik Budarz has gathered more than ten years of capital market experience.
