Marc-Henri Chaudet, Director of Pargesa Holding SA since 1996 and Chairman of the Audit Committee, informed the Chairman of the Company of his decision not to seek a new mandate as a Director at the next Annual General Meeting, to take place on 3 May 2016.
Marc-Henri Chaudet indicated that this decision is motivated by his age.
The Board of Directors wishes to express its gratitude to Marc-Henri Chaudet for his precious contributions to the Board during almost 20 years.
