Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE:PKE) announced the appointment of Gerald (“Jerry”) P. Barnes as Vice President of Business and Sales Development of Park Electrochemical Corp. In this position, Mr. Barnes will report to Christopher T. Mastrogiacomo, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, who has responsibility for the Company’s global marketing and sales efforts.

Prior to joining Park, Mr. Barnes was employed by Via Systems Group Inc., a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards in Saint Louis, Missouri, as Vice President Sales Americas since June 2012. From January 2006 to June 2012, he was Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales of DDI Corp., a printed circuit board manufacturing company in Anaheim, California, which was acquired by Via Systems in June 2012. Prior to joining DDI, Mr. Barnes was Vice President Sales of TTM Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards in Santa Ana, California, from April 2003 to December 2005, and he held several positions, most recently President and Chief Operating Officer, with Toppan Electronics, Inc., a printed circuit board manufacturing company in San Diego, California, from April 1991 to May 2001. Mr. Barnes received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Delaware State University.
