("Park Plaza", the "Group" or the "Company")

RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The board of directors of Park Plaza, owner, operator and franchisor of hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, wishes to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company which took place at 12 noon today, all of the resolutions were passed and that consequently, the Company has adopted new articles of incorporation and resolved to change its name to "PPHE Hotel Group Limited".

The Company's change of name will take effect once the resolution authorising the change of name has been filed with the Guernsey Registry and a change of name certificate is issued by the Registry. The Company expects the certificate to be issued by close of business on 1 March 2012.

Park Plaza is in the process of renovating and rebranding two hotels to reopen in 2012 as Park Plaza Histria Pula and Park Plaza Verudela Pula.

Park Plaza's shares are admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (Standard Listing).
