Parmalat : Share allotment

Parmalat S.p.A. communicates that, following the allocation of shares to creditors of the
Parmalat Group, the subscribed and fully paid up share capital has now been increased by
19,582 euros to 1,831,455,357 euros (of which 1,766,360,999 shares and 65,094,358 shares deriving from the exercise of warrants) from 1,831,435,775 euros. The share capital increase is due to the exercise of 6,957 warrant and to the allocation of 12,625 shares.
Lastly, in relation to the share capital the latest status is as follows:

 3,757,905 shares or 0.2% of the share capital are still in a deposit account at Parmalat

S.p.A., registered in the name of individually identified commercial creditors;

 2,049,096 or 0.1% of the share capital, in the company's disposal, as treasury shares.
