Fairfield County-Based Patriot Bank, N.A. celebrated the grand opening of its new Darien branch (233 Post Rd.) on October 7, 2015 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The celebration included dignitaries and leaders: Darien First Selectman Jayme Stevenson, State of Connecticut Senior Development Specialist Lindy Lee Gold, Patriot Bank Chairman Michael Carrazza, Patriot Bank President & CEO Ken Neilson and Patriot Bank EVP & COO Susan Neilson.

'It's my honor to welcome Patriot Bank to Darien. After meeting with the Patriot team I understand how Patriot Bank's mission as a community bank extends far beyond a traditional banking relationship by supporting local non-profit organizations - particularly those organizations dedicated to the needs of our children. It 'takes a village' to care for our families, friends and neighbors,' said First Selectman Stevenson.

'The expansion of Patriot Bank reflects the growth and attention to small business in Connecticut and the desire of public and private sector partners to provide the services and products to satisfy their needs,' said Ms. Gold.
