PBF Logistics LP is a fee-based, master limited partnership formed by PBF Energy Inc. to own or lease, operate, develop, and acquire crude oil and refined petroleum products terminals, pipelines, storage facilities and similar logistics assets. The Company is engaged in the processing of crude oil and the receiving, handling, storing, and transferring of crude oil, refined products, natural gas and intermediates. The Company's segments include Transportation and Terminaling, and Storage.
