 Christophe Pincebourde 

Advanced Specialties Marketing & Sales Director

Christophe Pincebourde joined PCAS during the autumn of 2014. He defines, supervises and coordinates the strategy of this Business Unit. In particular, he develops solutions for specialty chemicals and ensures that the commercial and marketing policy is implemented. He is a member of the PCAS Management Committee.

Christophe Pincebourde has now solid experience in sales development. He began his professional life in 1996 within the group ROHM AND HAAS (DOW Chemical) as the French Key Accounts Manager. During his 13 years within this group he held various posts in marketing and sales. He then joined CABOT Corporation in 2009 as Director of the NORIT subsidiary in France.

Christopher is 47 years old. He is an engineer in materials chemistry and holds a degree from the School of Engineers at Pierre and Marie Curie University Polytech Paris-UPMC.

Thomas Roulet

VLG CHEM Site: Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Roulet joined PCAS in April 2015 as CEO of VLG CHEM, a wholly owned subsidiary of PCAS, which is specialized in the development and production of pharmaceutical active ingredients. He is a member of the PCAS Management Committee.

Starting in 1998 he spent his entire career before PCAS with the Boehringer Ingelheim pharmaceutical group where he held the posts of Process Development and Continuous Improvement Manager, Production Unit Director and finally Site Director in various European countries (France, Spain and Germany).

Thomas is 44 years old. He graduated from the University of Bordeaux with a doctorate in Organic Chemistry and holds a degree from the INSEAD business school (Advanced Management Program).

Guillaume Notheaux

R&D Performance BU Manager

Guillaume Notheaux joined PCAS in late March 2015. He is responsible for the scientific, technical and financial steering of development projects within the scope of performance chemicals products. He coordinates teams and partners, internal or external, to implement projects and ensure that specific targets are reached.

Guillaume Notheaux began his career at IFRACHEM (INCHEM group) in 2001 as an R&D Engineer, he then became R&D, Quality Control and Pilot Manager in 2005 within the renamed company IFRACHIMIE. In 2008 he joined Max Perlès & Cie as R&D and Quality Control Laboratory Manager.

Guillaume is 37 years old. He graduated from INSA Rouen with a degree in Fine Chemicals and Engineering.

Stéphane Courdavault-Duprat

Protéus Business Development Manager

Stéphane Courdavault-Duprat joined the Group in late April 2015. He is the Business Development Manager at Protéus, a biotechnology subsidiary of PCAS, with the mission of contributing to the commercial development and increasing the customer portfolio of the company, both in Europe and internationally.

After spending over 20 years at Stepan Europe, a subsidiary of the American specialty chemicals group, Stéphane Courdavault-Duprat was up until recently the Business Development Manager at the Polish subsidiary of PCC SE, a German group that is active in the fields of chemicals, energy and logistics.

Stéphane is 50 years old. He holds a master's degree in Biochemistry from the Lille University of Science and Technology.
