PDG Realty Empreend e Participacoes : Notice to the Market - National Sales Campaign “Na ponta do Lápis”

 More than 1,500 units were sold, equivalent to a PSV of nearly R$400 million in inventory sales;

 During the campaign, over 7,000 people visited the points of sale across Brazil, while more than 22,000 people made contact through PDG's online channels;

 Altogether, the initiative made available to the public more than 5,000 real estate properties, including apartments, houses, plots of land and offices. The sales campaign took place simultaneously in São Paulo-state capital and countryside, Rio de Janeiro, Belém, Manaus, Natal, Salvador, Brasília, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo and Pernambuco.

Through the "Na Ponta do Lápis" campaign, PDG has achieved its best result in inventory sales in the year, exceeding the sales forecast expectations.
