PFNonwovens as, formerly Pegas Nonwovens as, is a Czech-based holding company engaged in the production of nonwoven fabrics. It supplies its clients with synthetic spunbond and meltblown nonwovens for the use in disposable hygiene products; furniture and construction applications, comprising under roofing covers, as well as heat and sound insulation; agriculture, such as covering textiles for plants, and medical and protective clothing, including surgical masks, gowns and drapes, head and shoe covers, protective overalls and masks and chemical suits. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pegas Nonwovens sro, and its four subsidiaries, including Pegas-DS as, Pegas-NT as, Pegas-NW as and Pegas-NS as, all located in the Czech Republic. The Company is a member of the European Disposables and Nonwovens Association (EDANA).
